The challenge is to tie three figure of eight knots in the piece of rope in front of you, one at each end and one in the middle ... one hand on the rope at all times and a glass of water in the other.
Team members will have one hand on the rope at set distances and wil not be allowed to move or detach any hands, whilst holding a glass of water in the other hand.
With a set time to practice you then have a two minute final to perform the challenge.
