The challenge is simple - to deliver a product to a customer. Of course the reality is never as simple as it first appears. Bridging the Gap is challenging, frustrating and fun – just like work.

Each team has a different product to build, but unbeknownst to them each one is an integral part of a bridge. Unless all parts are successfully delivered, the bridge cannot be constructed and no-one will be 'paid'. Bridging the Gap explores organisational dynamics as well as the value and power of a shared vision and mission. It addresses the balance between team and organisational success, the way in which the interpretation of the vision drives individual behaviour and the need for quality and not quantity in communication.
